Zomato has introduced a feature where restaurants will be screening the rider's body temperature and will be updating the temperature in the Satellite Prime dashboard and the same info will be shared with the customer to assure them of safe and hygienic food delivery.
What do you have to do?
- The store manager should check the temperature of each delivery partner at the time of order pickup,
- Record the temperature and input on the Satellite Prime dashboard for all orders,
- Hand over the order only if the temperature of the rider is below 99.0 F
How to update the rider body temperature from the Satellite Prime dashboard?
- Head to Awaiting Pickup tab and select the Covid option.
- Update the temperature and Submit it.
