How to track Rider status update?

Rider status update, helps you stay updated on the status of the rider assigned to an order. The following can be the rider status: 

  • UNASSIGNED - this means the rider has not yet been assigned to the order

  • ASSIGNED - this means the rider has been assigned to the order (this will the point when the Delivery Info — i.e. Delivery personPhone starts reflecting in the Summary section of Order Detail)

  • AT-STORE - this means that the rider has reached the store

  • OUT-FOR-DELIVERY - this means the order has been picked up by the rider (this will the point when the order is marked dispatched

  • DELIVERED - this means the order has been delivered by the rider (this will the point when the order is marked delivered)
