When you receive an online order: 

  1. You get an audio & visual notification. 
  2. The order tracker screen shows you the order. 
  3. Order processing starts. 

Audio & Visual notification

Timely acting on the orders is essential to the online ordering business. If your kitchen takes long time to acknowledge an order placed for the aggregator, then chances are the order might get cancelled.

To ensure that doesn't happen to your kitchen, Prime gives an audio and visual notification to get the attention of the on-duty staff about a pending order. 

Here's how the notification looks like: 



To control the settings for this new order notification, from Session Settings go to Notification section. Here you can: 

  • Turn the notification ON/OFF 
  • Change the notification tone if it is turned ON


View order and start processing

To view the order, either click on the order ID from the notification card, on click on the order in the order tracker view.

Based on the items that are order, take the decision of "acknowledge" the order or "cancel" it.

You can take the positive action that is, acknowledging, both from the list view and detail view. However, the negative action, i.e. cancelling, can only be done from the detail view of the order.
