Raise New Support Tickets

You can create a new support ticket from the Atlas Dashboard. To raise a new ticket:

  1. Log into the Atlas Dashboard.
  2. Click the Support icon to open the Help and Support pop-up.

        3. Select the nature and the sub-categories for which you wish to raise a ticket.

Our Support team will get back to you at the earliest. However, reply to the same ticket in case of a follow-up instead of raising a new ticket.

Track Status of Open Tickets

To track the status of your open support tickets:

  1. Head to our Support Home.
  2. Login using your email address and navigate to Check Support Tickets
