Here the merchant will complain that he is not able to log in to prime.
Resolution Steps:
To replicate the issue we need the biz name, User ID from the merchant. If the same is not available probe the same from the merchant.
Check the account associated with the user Id and reset the password. This can be done on prime>company admin>User with affected user Id> click on 3 dots at top right> set the password.
Verify new login credentials are working by login into prime.
Send new credentials to the merchant along with the company name. Suggest merchant to change the password and also verify the email id and contact number so that he can use it in the future to reset the password.
If all the above is done and still the issue stands unresolved, arrange a g-meet with the merchant to help him to log in.
Once the ticket is created on the same add the below properties for the given scenario:
Product: Prime or HUB Type: Issue Module: User account
Interface: Satellite Prime.
