A manual dependency in printing of Bill/KOT can lead to delays in order processing and thus hinder the growth of a restaurant. Prime allows its users to print Bills and KOTs automatically on status change on web as well as app.

Here's a step-by-step guide for doing so;
1. Head to the Session settings from the Order Tracker view.
2. Go to the Printing tab.
3. Scroll down and you will find the section to setup automated printing workflows
4. Select the statuses at which KOT/Bill needs to be auto-printed.
5. Hit save and you're done.

Prime mobile app
Here's how the same can be done on the mobile app;
1. Go to More > Printer settings
2. From the Choose Printer section, select the printers you want to configure for printing Bill/KOT.
3. In the setup automated printing workflow, select the statuses at which bill/KOT needs to be automatically printed.
4. Once done, save the changes and you're good to go.
