Whether you are selling online or in-store, there can various charges that you might want to charge your customers.

Some of the commonly used charges/fees in Restaurant industry are:

  1. Packaging charge
These are usually applicable on take-away or delivery orders.

  2. Delivery charge
These are only applicable on delivery orders. However, when you are selling on aggregators like Swiggy, Zomato - where deliveries are managed by the aggregators, then you'd not be charging delivery fee to the customer

  3. Service fee
These are only applicable on dine-in sales.

Charges/fee is applicable on a combination of:

  • Item(s)
  • Location(s)
  • Platform(s)

Which means, you can configure different slabs for the same charge/fee by defining the combinations. At the same time, restrict certain charges/fee with in your self-defined contains.
