Searching and filtering orders

Modified on Fri, 17 Feb 2023 at 06:23 PM

Quick lookups of orders in Prime can be done with "search" and "filter" options. This article provides a breakdown of how it works.

In both cases, the journey starts by clicking the "search" or "filter" button on the header of Order tracker table view.

Search and Filter buttons are found on the Order Tracker's table header.Search workflow

Clicking on the search button opens the search view. In this view:

  • Select the parameter of the search b/w Platform ID, UrbanPiper ID, Customer Mobile and Rider Mobile
  • Then, enter the search query in the field next to it

As you enter the query, the system will start doing the search in the background and show the matching results. It is also worth noting that the search supports both "complete" and "partial" search.

Filter Workflow

Clicking the Filter button opens up the Filter workflow. In this view:

  • Select the locations for which you want to filter the orders
  • Hit the Apply button

That's it, the system will filter out the orders for selected locations.
