Void an item from a running order

In case an item which has been marked served has to be voided due to any reason, follow this step-by-step guide to do that: 

1. Select the table on which the item has to be voided. From there, select the item that needs to be voided. Let's say Plum Cupcake.
   
   
2. Clicking on the item, opens up a popup. Click on Void Items button.
   
   
3. Another pop up would show up, enter a remark for voiding along with the quantity.
   
   
4. Hit Void Items button.
   
   

That's all — your item has been voided after being served.
